Delicious cod cooked to perfection & delicate, scrumptious chanterelle mushrooms with tasty vegetables.... grilled with no panko especially for my gluten intolerance! And, a chocolate mousse dessert that was also delicious & gluten free!
After a week of overcooked seafood this was a refreshing change..excellent, perfectly cooked very fresh mussels in a tomato garlic sauce for a very reasonable price. A nice little amuse bouche of salt cod bandade. Chefs special was a panko crusted baked cod, again cooked perfectly (as in, just cooked through, fresh and juicy. Rib eye was cooked just as ordered with a rich demi.
